Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n\tTo be a safety culture example and ambassador- To lead and develop an operational team
\n\tTo execute contractual obligation and optimize site\/asset performance
\n\tTo deliver company expectations on its core metrics : Total recordable injury, Lost production factor, Direct costs per megawatt, Planning execution
\n\tTo coordinate and be a focal point on behalf of the site with internal or external stakeholders (Contractor, Vestas Technical function, Supply chain, Continuous improvement, lean, …)<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEngineering degree in Electrical, mechanical, or related fields
\n\tDriving license
\n\tFluent English
\n\tSignificant experience in similar positions within a renowned international company<\/p>\n
Competencies<\/p>\n
\tSense of responsibility based leadership
\n\tAble to work under challenging and complex environment- High communication skills
\n\tComfortable with IT tools (Hardware\/Software)
\n\tAbility to work in remote area on rotation based pace<\/p>\n
