Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for sales-oriented, voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Must-Have Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tHave sales experience
\n\tBe voice-trained with prior experience in voice support
\n\tHave excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tSpeak fluent, standard English with a professional and polite tone
\n\tHave knowledge or experience in IoT, remote management, or software backend systems
\n\tBe detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills
\n\tStay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
\n\tBe a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently<\/p>\n
Nice to have<\/p>\n
\tHave experience managing or using audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers)
\n\tBe familiar with tools like Salesforce
\n\tBe comfortable reading scripts and basic codes<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tHandle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
\n\tSupport sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
\n\tAssist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
\n\tMaintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
\n\tProvide professional and polite responses at all times
\n\tEnsure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues<\/p>\n

\n\tWindows 10 or higher
\n\tMinimum 8GB RAM \u2013 Intel Core i5 (10th gen or higher)
