Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Lead Conversion &amp; Sales Execution<\/p>\n<p>\tProactively engage and convert prospective families through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.<br \/>\n\tManage and nurture a pipeline of leads from enquiry to enrolment.<br \/>\n\tConduct persuasive, insight-led conversations that position Makini\u2019s value proposition effectively<br \/>\n\tAchieve and exceed monthly and termly enrolment targets.<br \/>\n\tApply structured follow-ups (minimum 5 touchpoints per lead) to maximise conversion rates.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Experience &amp; Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tDeliver a premium, personalised experience to every prospective parent and student.<br \/>\n\tBuild trust through professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication.<br \/>\n\tHandle objections confidently, addressing concerns around curriculum, fees, and transition pathways.<br \/>\n\tMaintain ongoing engagement with families to ensure high conversion and retention.<\/p>\n<p>School Tours &amp; Engagement Activities<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct compelling school tours that bring the Makini experience to life.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the school at Open Days, exhibitions, and recruitment events.<br \/>\n\tSupport execution of admissions events and community outreach initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Pipeline &amp; Data Management.<\/p>\n<p>\tAccurately capture and manage all leads within the school CRM (SIMS).<br \/>\n\tTrack daily activity metrics (calls, follow-ups, conversions).<br \/>\n\tMaintain a clean, updated pipeline with clear status tracking.<br \/>\n\tGenerate insights and feedback from prospective families to inform marketing strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp;
