Brief Description:<\/p>\n
\tThe Lead Electrician is responsible for providing technical leadership and hands-on supervision in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical systems across industrial and commercial projects. The role ensures that all electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory regulations, approved drawings, and company standards. The Lead Electrician oversees electricians and apprentices, coordinates project resources, enforces safety compliance, and delivers high-quality electrical solutions that meet project timelines and organizational objectives.<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
\nEssential<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience as an Electrician in an industrial or commercial environment, with proven leadership or supervisory exposure.
\n\tPossession of a Journeyman Card or ability to obtain and maintain one within 90 days of employment.
\n\tStrong proficiency in sizing conductors and conduits, and practical application of the NEC Code Book.
\n\tDemonstrated experience handling low, medium, and high voltage systems; medium voltage experience is an added advantage.
\n\tSolid knowledge and hands-on experience in installing, commissioning, and motor controls, drives, and electronic components.
\n\t\u00a0Advanced ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
\n\tProven capability in electrical equipment installation, system upgrades, and circuit modifications.<\/p>\n
