About the role: <\/p>\n
Responsible for ensuring effective control, compliance, and accurate reporting of all material movements across the supply chain. The role ensures integrity in materials management, adherence to approved procedures, and reliable tracking of performance indicators.<\/p>\n
Role Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
\tAdherence to all company safety regulations including operating equipment in adherence to the safety guidelines to ensure all safety requirements for self and those working around the machines are met.
\n\tSustaining the hygiene state of the stores plants in accordance to the food safety standard by ensuring cleaning schedule is adhered to and CI activities are carried out to eliminate sources of dirt.
\n\tValidation and receipt of all materials into brewing and packaging store and real time posting of all control records and SAP.
\n\tIssuance of raw materials and components to the operation team as per the production plan for the day.
\n\tAccounting and real time posting of all materials movement into SAP
\n\tCalibration\/verification\u00a0of all intake measurement equipment accuracy and user stores weighers
\n\tAccounting and posting of finished product.
\n\tAccounting and reporting of process by products and sundries.
\n\tConducting weekly stocks take as per finance and stocks controls and generation of stock variance for approval
\n\tReporting of end to end extract losses.
\n\tGeneration of weekly production reports (volumes, key ratios, etc)
\n\tAnalyse adherence to SAP BOM and recommend action to management
\n\tAnalyse cost structures of operations and initiate COGs improvement projects.
\n\tTrain and coach Operators and asset care to create financial awareness.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement in process and material loss improvements
\n\tAttendance and participation in management control and reporting systems meetings and activities (Eg MMS, EISC, DMAIC, 5Why & RCPS,etc)
\n\tDocumentation of all operational activities in accordance with company procedures and policies.
\n\tAdherance to quality and food safety requirements and standards for storage of raw materials and packaging components (Storage conditions monitoring, hygienic handling, compliance to FIFO)
\n\tWeekly monitoring and reporting of shelf life\/slobs to avoid expiries and write offs.
\n\tSegregation and monitoring of any non-conforming materials to prevent unauthorised use.
\n\tEnsure Implementation of Food safety, Quality, Environment and Safety Management Systems according to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and BS 18001 requirements respectively
\n\tComplies with flexi deployment on shift to deliver improvement targets<\/p>\n
Experience \/ skills required<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Accounting, bookkeeping, finance or its equivalent with 5 years experience.
\n\tCompetency in computers a must
\n\tWorking experience in SAP
\n\t1-3 years in an FMCG under book keeping and stocks management will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
