You will be responsible for the seamless execution and management of the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a positive employee experience. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented P&amp;C professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building efficient systems.<\/p>\n<p>Key Measures of Performance:<\/p>\n<p>The performance of this role holder will be assessed on the basis of the achievements made on:<\/p>\n<p>\tBenefits Administration as per specified timelines.<br \/>\n\t100% adherence to People and Culture Procedures and Processes.<br \/>\n\tEnsure 100% staff files are ready for Audit.<br \/>\n\tContract and probation management as per the specified timelines.<br \/>\n\t100% adherence Recruitment Process.<br \/>\n\t100% adherence to the new staff on boarding process.<br \/>\n\tP&amp;C operational efficiency and compliance.<br \/>\n\tAccuracy and timeliness of reporting (P&amp;C metrics, weekly reports).<br \/>\n\tEffectiveness of talent acquisition and onboarding processes.<br \/>\n\tSuccessful planning and execution of staff welfare, Employee Assistance Programmes and engagement initiatives.<br \/>\n\tTeam management and supervisory effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tProject management success (e.g., process automation \u2013 E.g. HRMIS, Recruitment, Intranet).<br \/>\n\tAdherence to strict deadlines, keenness and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>P&amp;C Analytics &amp; Operational Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare and analyse key P&amp;C metrics reports, including turnover rates, exit interview insights, headcount and diversity statistics to provide data-driven insights.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update recruitment tracker and other P&amp;C trackers with impeccable accuracy.<br \/>\n\tAct as a super-user for our P&amp;C systems, leading the onboarding of new staff onto platforms like HRMIS, LMS, ESS, Jira and biometrics.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding Support:<\/p>\n<p>\tExecute the full recruitment cycle for vacant and new positions, including posting adverts, longlisting, shortlists, interviews and negotiations, following the recruitment Standard Operating Procedures within Service Level Agreement.<br \/>\n\tManage candidate communication, including delivering offers and sending regret emails within two weeks of the interview process.<br \/>\n\tDraft, issue and manage all employee correspondence, including contracts (permanent, fixed-term, intern), appointment letters, memos and disciplinary letters.<br \/>\n\tConduct comprehensive background checks for successful candidates.<br \/>\n\tOwn the new hire onboarding process, including preparing documentation, facilitating induction including booking HOD calendars and ensuring a stellar first-day experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Compensation, Benefits &amp; Compliance Administration:<\/p>\n<p>\tCreate new staff and manage payroll changes on HRMIS in readiness for the monthly payroll by the 20th\u00a0of every month.<br \/>\n\tEnsure meticulous and timely compliance with all statutory obligations (NSSF, NHIF, SHIF, NITA, HELB) and maintain all related records.<br \/>\n\tProcess final dues and manage the offboarding process for exiting employees as per SLA.<br \/>\n\tMaintain organized and secure employee files and records, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits. No major Audit gaps identified. Medium and Moderate issues to be resolved within three months from the Audit Report release.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with OSH standards with regards to annual audits, OSH training and maintaining the required number of first raiders, fire marshals and OSH committee members.<br \/>\n\tCoordinating and minuting of quarterly OSH meetings.<br \/>\n\tEnsure P&amp;C operations are compliant to all Company policies &amp; procedures, and labour laws.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all leave requests are captured and updated in the leave system and shared with the HODs monthly by the 10th.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations, Engagement &amp; Policy Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the formulation, implementation and maintenance of P&amp;C policies and SOPs.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate staff welfare initiatives, including welfare talks and surveys.<br \/>\n\tSubmit the P&amp;C Newsletter to ASMPC by 5th of every month and the Quarterly magazine on the 5th of the next month after close on a quarter for review and release by the 10th.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Learning, Development &amp; Safety Coordination:<\/p>\n<p>\tFacilitate access to learning by managing the LMS platform, assigning courses (product packs) and tracking completion.<\/p>\n<p>Culture Initiatives &amp; Programs:<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with the Assistant People and Culture Manager to ensure.<br \/>\n\tCultural alignment in all business decisions.<br \/>\n\tDesign and manage company-wide\u00a0Culture Initiatives\u00a0that reinforce our values (e.g., company-wide meetings, recognition programs that celebrate values in action, heritage stories, anniversary celebrations).<br \/>\n\tFoster\u00a0Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)\u00a0and affinity networks to support diversity, inclusion and belonging.<br \/>\n\tCreate and manage a\u00a0budget for culture and engagement\u00a0activities.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the Internal Communications and People Operations teams to ensure all people-centric communications reflect our cultural tone and voice.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Must-Haves:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tCHRP certification or its equivalent.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in a comprehensive P&amp;C generalist role.<br \/>\n\tIn-depth, practical knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and statutory requirements (NSSF, SHIF, HELB, NITA, etc.).<br \/>\n\tAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and analysis) and experience with HRIS platforms.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.<br \/>\n\tExceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.<\/p>\n<p>Nice-to-Haves:<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience with P&amp;C process automation.<br \/>\n\tExperience coordinating OSH activities.<br \/>\n\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>roamtech.zohorecruit.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/roamtech.zohorecruit.com","_company_name":"Roamtech","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.roamtech.com","_company_tagline":"Roamtech is a licensed Content Service Provider by the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) to provide mobile phone content through the existing mobile telephone networks.
