About the Role<\/p>\n
\tOur client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant hospitality establishment in Siaya County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and overall profitability of the club.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments
\n\tManage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
\n\tEnsure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
\n\tMonitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies
\n\tDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
\n\tEnsure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
\n\tPrepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures
\n\tCoordinate events, promotions, and entertainment activities to enhance customer experience
\n\tMaintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall club standards<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a club, bar, or restaurant setting
\n\tProven experience in a supervisory or management role
\n\tStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
\n\tExcellent customer service and communication skills
\n\tGood financial management and budgeting skills
\n\tKnowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays<\/p>\n
