You will lead and own AGSOL\u2019s strategic partnerships with key distributors across Africa, and beyond. This role carries end-to-end accountability for distributor performance, spanning revenue growth, operational execution, and end-user outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a central role in shaping Agsol\u2019s B2B and B2B2C strategy and how we scale through distributors. Your mandate is:<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive revenue (sell-in)<br \/>\n\tEnsure products reach and work for customers (sell-through)<br \/>\n\tBuild systems that scale across distributors and markets<br \/>\n\tEnsure excellent distributor and end consumer experience<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Own Key Distributor Relationships<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn senior-level relationships with key distributors, influencing decision-making across commercial, operational, and strategic priorities<br \/>\n\tBuild trust across commercial, operations, and aftersales teams<br \/>\n\tRun regular contract performance reviews and joint planning sessions<\/p>\n<p>Drive Sell-In &amp; Sell-Through<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn commercial performance across distributor accounts, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and long-term account expansion<br \/>\n\tTrack how products move through distributor networks to end consumers<br \/>\n\tIdentify and fix bottlenecks in last-mile distribution<\/p>\n<p>Manage Stock &amp; Forecasting<\/p>\n<p>\tTake ownership of inventory strategy across distributor markets, ensuring disciplined stock allocation, forecasting, and working capital efficiency<br \/>\n\tPrevent both stock-outs and overstocking<br \/>\n\tCoordinate closely with internal supply chain teams<\/p>\n<p>Own the Consumer Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBe accountable for consumer outcomes, ensuring Agsol products consistently deliver value in the field and drive repeatable demand<br \/>\n\tGather feedback from the field and identify recurring issues<br \/>\n\tWork cross-functionally to resolve systemic problems<\/p>\n<p>Warranty and After Sales Management<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive high compliance with warranty registration<br \/>\n\tEnsure distributors have the parts, processes, and training to support customers<br \/>\n\tMonitor issue resolution times and service quality<br \/>\n\tStrengthen after sales systems across markets<\/p>\n<p>Build Scalable Systems<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and implement Agsol\u2019s distributor operating model, building scalable systems across commercial, operational, and after-sales functions.<br \/>\n\tImprove processes across:<br \/>\n\tStock management<br \/>\n\tWarranty tracking<br \/>\n\tAfter-sales support<br \/>\n\tBuild simple, practical systems that can be replicated<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t5\u201310+ years in account management, commercial, or operations roles<br \/>\n\tExperience in distributed businesses (energy, FMCG, agri, etc.)<br \/>\n\tMulti-market experience in Africa is a strong advantage<\/p>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tCommercially sharp, but operationally grounded<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving ability<br \/>\n\tExcellent relationship builder and communicator<br \/>\n\tSystems thinker \u2013 able to fix root causes, not just symptoms<\/p>\n<p>Attributes<\/p>\n<p>\tHigh ownership and accountability<br \/>\n\tComfortable in both field and strategic environments<br \/>\n\tPractical, hands-on, and solutions-oriented<br \/>\n\tMotivated by improving real outcomes for customers<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>form.jotform.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/form.jotform.com","_company_name":"AGSOL","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.agsol.com","_company_tagline":"Agsol is an award winning social business incorporated in 2016 by long-term collaborators and friends, Matt Carr and Greg Denn.
