About the role<\/p>\n
\tBurn is looking for a\u00a0Durability and PME Analyst who will support product quality and performance by coordinating durability testing and monitoring products in real-world conditions. The role focuses on analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous product enhancement across the lifecycle.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities
\nDurability Testing<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate ongoing durability testing under various environmental conditions and usage scenarios.
\n\tMonitor and report on product lifecycle performance and testing progress.
\n\tCollaborate with engineering, product development, and quality control teams to implement improvements.
\n\tEnsure timely execution of testing procedures, including coordination with external testing facilities.
\n\tDevelop and maintain testing schedules aligned with product development timelines.
\n\tIdentify durability risks and recommend mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n
Product Monitoring & Evaluation (PME)<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate field placement of products to collect real-world performance data.
\n\tTrack all field deployments across different lifecycle stages.
\n\tWork with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective data collection.
\n\tAnalyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
\n\tPrepare reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
\n\tInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in monitoring data.<\/p>\n
Risk Management & Problem Solving<\/p>\n
\tIdentify risks within durability and PME programs.
\n\tDevelop mitigation and contingency plans.
\n\tAddress technical and operational challenges in testing and data collection.
\n\tCollaborate with QA and product teams to resolve issues found during testing.
\n\tPerform additional tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or a related physical science field.
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in product development\/testing.
\n\tExperience with data analysis tools and reporting.
\n\tStrong continuous improvement mindset.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tHighly organized, punctual, and professional.
\n\tProactive with strong problem-solving ability.<\/p>\n
