This is a hunting role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships-particularly within the public sector. If you have a passion for technology, business development, and closing high-value deals, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nSkills and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tProven experience 8-12 years in Enterprise Software Solutions Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.<br \/>\n\tExperience of working as an individual contributor hunting roles, working across African markets (mandatory)<br \/>\n\tProven success selling to government or public sector clients in Africa<br \/>\n\tExperience in Request for Proposal (RFP) and bidding process, including responding to RFPs and navigate the bidding process.<br \/>\n\tExperience in bid management and complex sales cycles<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with the specific procurement regulations and procedures applicable to the public sector<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated success in building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of Sales administration, Competitor analysis, and Sales reporting<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<br \/>\n\tStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities<br \/>\n\tWillingness to travel as needed within Africa and internationally<br \/>\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
