Role Overview<\/p>\n
Our Client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and closing solution-based sales in ICT and ELV systems. The role focuses on expanding market share through new customer acquisition and key account growth across corporate and project-based clients.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDrive new business development and achieve revenue growth targets\u00a0
\n\tBuild and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to deal closure\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and engage potential clients including corporates, developers, consultants, contractors, and institutions\u00a0
\n\tNegotiating contracts, presenting tailored ICT\/ELV solutions to clients,
\n\tDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
\n\tConduct client meetings to understand requirements and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions\u00a0
\n\tPrepare and present proposals, bids, and tender responses to win contracts\u00a0
\n\tManage and grow key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationship management\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful delivery\u00a0
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify new growth opportunities\u00a0
\n\tAchieve and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Business, or related field\u00a0
\n\t2+ years\u2019 experience in ICT, ELV, or technical solution sales \/ business development is highly advantageous
\n\tProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, networking, structured cabling)\u00a0
\n\tExperience in solution selling, tenders, and B2B sales\u00a0
\n\tStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills\u00a0
\n\tTechnical certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Hikvision, PMP) are an added advantage<\/p>\n
