Main purpose of the position:<\/p>\n
Drive growth and market leads of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) as a business, accelerate their penetration in order to achieve maximum levels of volume, revenue, yield and profit. Responsible for the successful drive of sales by identifying and \u00a0managing customer accounts and opening of new markets as per customer\u00a0requirements<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProactively identify, engage in, and drive sale of Pre-Engineered steel buildings based on targeted customers
\n\tIdentify and create opportunities and solutions in new markets
\n\tDevelop and manage new building solutions sales within existing and new channels
\n\tMeet monthly volume and revenue targets for the Pre-engineered steel Building product
\n\tTracking of enquiry, conversion to orders and ensure timely billing to the customers
\n\tFollow up to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
\n\tMeet and deliver collection target from the project customers\u00a0 as per the payment terms
\n\tPrepare weekly report on payment collection; inquiry\/won project\/Lost orders.
\n\tDevelop relationship with the influencer community of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Contracting Community and Key End-users.
\n\tLiaise with cross functional teams and partners to develop new propositions for targeted customers
\n\tBuild go to market strategy for Building Solutions (traded and manufactured accessories)<\/p>\n

Qualifications required:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum academic qualification:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree \u2013 Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or Equivalent Technical Qualification.
\n\tQualifications as an added advantage:\u00a0Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or a Diploma is Sales and Marketing
\n\tProfessional registration:\u00a0Sales, Marketing or Engineering Bodies<\/p>\n
Experience required:<\/p>\n
\tGeneral work experience (years):\u00a05years in technical sales preferably\u00a0in Steel Industry or Building\/Construction Materials
\n\tSpecific to the position (level\/discipline\/years):\u00a03 years dealing with\u00a0Light Gauge Cold Formed Steel\/Pre-Engineered Buildings
