Position Overview <\/p>\n
\tAs a Laboratory Analyst, you will regularly take or receive water and wastewater samples, test and analyze results, effectively implement necessary remedial measures, and enforce water quality standards at Tatu City.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\tConduct regular inspections and routine analysis of water and wastewater from the sources, treatment facilities, and water and sewerage systems, ensuring that the final output meets the stipulated standards
\n\tInvestigate complaints or concerns related to water quality and initiate corrective actions as necessary to address any identified challenges
\n\tConduct routine laboratory operations and maintenance, ensuring that the laboratory is in good working condition and that certification standards are maintained
\n\tSupport the development and implementation of water and wastewater quality assurance protocols
\n\tCollaborate with WATSAN and other project teams to operate, maintain, develop, and implement strategies for water and sewerage projects, ensuring efficiency while maintaining 100% water and wastewater quality
\n\tEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing water and sewerage systems
\n\tMaintain accurate records of laboratory activities and provide timely reports on the status of activities and requirements.
\n\tPromote the Company’s safety practices at the workplace<\/p>\n
Requirements <\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in sciences or related field from a recognized institution
\n\tMust have at least 5 years of proven work experience in a similar position.
\n\tMust have proven working knowledge of quality assurance procedures, controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
\n\tGood understanding of principles and procedures of water treatment and distribution, as well as wastewater treatment and collection.
\n\tProficiency in the use of relevant software tools for laboratory management, data analysis, and reporting.
\n\tMust have relevant licenses\/certifications<\/p>\n
