Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tFull-time & Onsite. Nairobi-Kenya
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
\n\t1-3 years of experience in tour operations within a travel company.
\n\tStrong knowledge on ETA, VISA and AMREF application.
\n\tStrong knowledge of East Africa Safari operations, travel coordination, and reservations.
\n\tProficient in MS Office, and data handling.
\n\tExcellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
\n\tDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and supporting operations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate end-to-end safari bookings by reviewing Booking Service Itineraries (BSIs)
\n\tOversee transport logistics, including vehicle allocation and driver scheduling, to ensure seamless ground operations.
\n\tDeliver end-to-end client experience support, including pre-travel briefings, airport welcomes, in-safari check-ins, and post-travel feedback collection. \u2022 Support visa and travel documentation processing, ensuring timely
\n\tsubmission and accurate communication with clients.
\n\tFacilitate smooth inter-departmental coordination between Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Production teams.
\n\tSuccessful candidate will be required to report immediately upon appointment.<\/p>\n
