JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe job holder will be responsible for handling customer orders, processing and accurately charging orders to facilitate the issuance of products\/goods to the customers\/clients.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tGenerating and processing invoices
\n\tAttending to customer requests
\n\tProcessing sales documents and generating customer invoices
\n\tVerify and review sales orders and other relevant documents to ensure accurate billing
\n\tUpdate customer files with issued invoices
\n\tDeveloping positive relationships and handling customers\u2019 needs
\n\tGenerating new sales through existing clients and developing new clients and new markets.
\n\tDrive overall sales revenues and profitability by supporting existing clients and developing new clients and new markets.
\n\tStay up to date with industry regulations and best practices related to invoicing and billing
\n\tCoordinate timely delivery of customer orders.
\n\tReview and implement customer orders and follow up on customer satisfaction
\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with all potential and existing clients
\n\tAny other duty as assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Commerce or equivalent
\n\tRecently graduated with no prior experience will be considered<\/p>\n
