\tFormulating and implementing ICT policies, procedures and systems.
\n\tPlanning, designing, implementing and aligning ICT strategies.
\n\tCoordinating the design, development and maintenance of network infrastructure and services.
\n\tOverseeing the Fund\u2019s intranet and internet services.
\n\tAdvising management on effective ICT governance structures.
\n\tAdvising on ICT procurement specifications and standards.
\n\tPlanning and implementing ICT business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
\n\tResearching emerging ICT trends.
\n\tEnsuring compliance with ICT standards, procedures and regulations.
\n\tUpdating and maintaining the Fund\u2019s website.
\n\tOverseeing provision of technical support services and user training.
\n\tReviewing ICT feasibility studies and recommending best practices.
\n\tPlanning and budgeting for the Department.
\n\tUndertaking departmental risk mitigation.<\/p>\n
Person Specifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, with at least five (5) years at Principal ICT Officer level or equivalent.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
\n\tMaster\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
\n\tProfessional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CISM, CISA, or equivalent database\/web development certifications (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PHP, HTML, ASP).
\n\tMembership to a relevant professional body (where applicable) in good standing.
\n\tLeadership course certificate lasting at least four (4) weeks.
\n\tProficiency in computer applications.<\/p>\n
