Job Purpose<\/p>\n
To oversee both structural works and interior fit-outs ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage structural works including foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and related elements.
\n\tCoordinate interior finishing works including tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, and fittings.
\n\tSupervise subcontractors, site staff, and labor to ensure productivity and quality output.
\n\tEnsure full compliance with QA\/QC procedures and site safety standards.
\n\tTrack project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
\n\tCoordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5\u201310 years of experience in construction projects.
\n\tProven experience in both structural works and interior finishing works.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tStrong technical drawing interpretation skills.
\n\tExcellent project planning and coordination abilities.
\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills.
\n\tProblem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure.
