\tThis is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive (Logistics \/ IOR) role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The position involves providing exceptional customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, and overseeing the end-to-end process of IOR services to ensure compliance and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tStrong Interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
\n\tExperience in Customer Support and delivering Customer Satisfaction
\n\tProficiency in Customer Service and Customer Service Management practices
\n\tProblem-solving abilities and attention to detail
\n\tFamiliarity with logistics, IOR\/EOR processes, and compliance requirements is a plus
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software<\/p>\n
