Role Description<\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Manager will plan, lead, and coordinate HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee training and development programs, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture and supporting organizational growth through effective human resource practices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
\n\tStrong skills in employee relations, performance management, and change management
\n\tKnowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies and procedures
\n\tAbility to develop and manage training and development programs
\n\tExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
\n\tExperience with HR software and systems
\n\tProven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking skills
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is a plus)
\n\tProfessional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage
\n\tPrevious experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred<\/p>\n
