Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for technical expertise with focus on the key thematic areas including:\u00a0
\n\tPopulation Health; Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health; Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health; Communicable and Non-communicable Diseases; Nutrition; and Mental Health.
\n\tWithin these key areas, consultants\/experts shall demonstrate high level of expertise in the following major subject areas:\u00a0
\n\tEvidence based health policy development;\u00a0
\n\tEpidemiology;\u00a0
\n\tBiostatistics including clinical and field data analysis;\u00a0
\n\tHealth information and surveillance systems and health informatics;\u00a0
\n\tHealth systems-strengthening with focus on access to quality of care;\u00a0
\n\tHealth workforce capacity building and institutional development;\u00a0
\n\tHealth service management;\u00a0
\n\tCommunity-based health care and strengthening of the interface between the levels of care;\u00a0
\n\tE-health and el-earning;\u00a0
\n\tHealth education and behavior change communication;\u00a0
\n\tHealth care financing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tApplicants should have minimum of Masters level degree with 10 years of continuous work experience or PhD degree with minimum of 3 years work experience. Experience should be within selected thematic field.
