What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
\n\tProven ability to build talent pipelines independently
\n\tStrong research and passive candidate sourcing skills
\n\tHands-on experience with ATS & sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.)<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
\tProactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions
\n\tSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms
\n\tConduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest
\n\tMaintain an organized database of active and passive candidates
\n\tCollaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
\n\tTrack sourcing metrics and provide pipeline progress updates
\n\tDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
\n\tStay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices<\/p>\n
