\tThis is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Life Assurance Agent based in Mombasa. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, selling life assurance products, and providing expert guidance on suitable insurance options. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, evaluating individual client needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will represent APA Life Assurance\u2019s commitment to protecting generations and delivering reliable financial solutions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tProven experience and knowledge in Insurance Sales and Insurance products
\n\tFamiliarity with Insurance Brokerage and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
\n\tUnderstanding of Finance principles, budgeting, and financial planning
\n\tStrong Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients
\n\tLicensed as a Life Assurance Agent with relevant certifications
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
\n\tExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
\n\tPrior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage<\/p>\n
