Budgeting & Forecasting\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain budget templates and consolidate departmental submissions.\u00a0
\n\tSupport variance analysis against budget\/forecast.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport in preparing management reports and dashboards.\u00a0
\n\tConduct trend analysis and provide preliminary commentary.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in scenario and sensitivity analysis.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Modelling & Data Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain financial models to support decision-making.\u00a0
\n\tExtract, clean, and structure large data sets for analysis.\u00a0
\n\tAutomate recurring reporting processes where possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Business Performance Support<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and maintain business performance KPIs across key functions\u00a0
\n\tSupport performance reviews through trend analysis and insights\u00a0
\n\tIdentify operational and financial performance gaps for management review<\/p>\n
Reporting & Process Support\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPrepare recurring reports for management and stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in implementing reporting calendars and schedules.\u00a0
\n\tSupport process improvements within finance systems and tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.\u00a0
\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting or FP&A.\u00a0
\n\tStrong financial modelling skills (Excel).\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in Excel & BI\/analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau preferred).\u00a0
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\u00a0
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n
