Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo maintain a clean, organized office environment while supporting pantry services, visitor management, and basic operational tasks.<\/p>\n
Roles & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOffice cleaning and general upkeep of workstations, common areas, and office surroundings
\n\tCleaning of utensils and pantry-related items
\n\tPreparing tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors
\n\tPantry management, including stock checking and maintaining hygiene standards
\n\tGuest\/host service support and ensuring meeting rooms and visitor areas are presentable
\n\tSupporting operational work, including basic QC support for company assets or related items as assigned
\n\tHandling other operational and administrative tasks as required<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education & Training:<\/p>\n
\tA Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage
\n\tBasic training in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is desirable
\n\tAdditional certification in Customer Service or Front Office Operations is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tPantry Management: Ability to oversee basic chores and manage supplies effectively
\n\tQuality Control (QC): Basic understanding of monitoring and handling company assets
\n\tVisitor Management: Good interpersonal skills for hosting and coordinating visitors
\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tGood communication and a professional attitude
\n\tAbility to multitask and work with minimal supervision<\/p>\n
