Position Overview<\/p>\n
\tOur client, operating within the\u00a0business management sector, is seeking to recruit\u00a0experienced HR Consultants\u00a0to support organizations across the East Africa region.
\n\tThe role involves delivering\u00a0end-to-end human resource support, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with local labour laws and organizational policies.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Recruitment & Onboarding<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
\n\tMaintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.<\/p>\n
HR Administration<\/p>\n
\tManage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
\n\tMaintain HR systems and prepare reports.<\/p>\n
Employee Relations<\/p>\n
\tHandle employee HR inquiries and support engagement initiatives.
\n\tAssist in resolving employee relations issues.<\/p>\n
Performance Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport performance appraisal processes and tracking.<\/p>\n
Training & Development<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate staff training and development programs.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Policies<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
\n\tSupport policy implementation and review.<\/p>\n
Payroll & Leave Administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain leave records and support payroll processes.
\n\tEnsure statutory compliance and documentation.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in\u00a0Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tCertified Human Resource Professional \u2013 Kenya (CHRP-K)\u00a0is mandatory.
\n\tMinimum of\u00a05 years\u2019 relevant HR experience, preferably within a structured or academic environment.<\/p>\n
Key Competencies<\/p>\n
\tStrong knowledge of\u00a0Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
\n\tExcellent\u00a0organizational and administrative skills
\n\tStrong\u00a0interpersonal and communication abilities
\n\tHigh level of\u00a0integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
\n\tProficiency in\u00a0Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems<\/p>\n
