The People Operations Assistant is responsible for\u00a0the high-volume, repeatable operational work that ensures accuracy and consistency across the employee lifecycle. You will be expected to execute contract issuance and tracking, perform onboarding and offboarding task execution, and manage benefit\u00a0enrollments\u00a0and removals. Additionally, this role will maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits and serve as the primary point of contact for triaging non-ER inquiries through the People Ops helpdesk to ensure fast and reliable service delivery.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What you will do<br \/>\nYour primary responsibilities would be:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEmployee lifecycle\u00a0admin support\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Execute specific onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure a seamless transition for\u00a0employees:\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDraft and distribute employee letters and fulfill various data requests\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport hiring managers with implementing effective onboarding plans for new hires to standardize employee experience\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage the administrative execution of onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure no step is missed\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage our onboarding buddy and mentorship program, including pair new hires with an onboarding buddy and a mentor based on their role and preferences\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage the Analyst &amp; Associate Mentorship program and liaise with the Wall Street Prep team for required setups\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Benefits Administration\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tHandle the technical execution of benefits enrollments and removals:<br \/>\n\tSupport ongoing benefits administration, and ensure proper offboarding of exiting employees\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHandle benefits-related grievances and audits to ensure all employees are correctly enrolled\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Immigration &amp; Compliance support\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tsupport with data and document collection\u00a0required\u00a0for immigration applications\u00a0<br \/>\n\tData Integrity\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Perform regular HRIS updates and audits to\u00a0maintain\u00a0clean, reliable data, and respond to People data-related questions &amp; requests from the team\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPeople Team Service Desk\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Act as the first-line triage for the People Ops helpdesk\/inbox for all non-Employee Relations\u00a0inquiries\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPeople Team dashboard\u00a0\u2013 manage the People team dashboard once operational to ensure it is\u00a0accurate\u00a0&amp; updated at all times\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOffice Leads support\u00a0\u2013 work with the People Operations Senior Manager on Office\u00a0Leads\u00a0related initiatives aimed at standardising and\u00a0optimising\u00a0the CB\u00a0experience\u00a0across all our\u00a0jurisdictions\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWellness initiatives execution\u00a0\u2013\u00a0actioning on wellness initiatives plans across the team aimed at improving Employee experience\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOngoing process improvement\u202f- Support ad hoc process improvement projects and provide ongoing\u00a0assistance\u00a0to the People Operations Senior Manager and Chief People Officer\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Who You Are\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field\u202f\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\t3+ years of experience in People Operations\/Human Resources\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAbility to\u00a0operate\u00a0effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment\u202f\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication skills across diverse audiences &amp; strong stakeholder management\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExcellent interpersonal and\u00a0organizational\u00a0skills\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently &amp; within a team, and manage multiple priorities\u202f\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProficiency\u00a0in Microsoft Office and HRIS software systems (specifically BambooHR)\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Use the link(s) below to apply on company website. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"CrossBoundary","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.crossboundary.com\/","_company_tagline":"CrossBoundary is a mission driven investment firm committed to unlocking the power of capital to make a strong return while creating a lasting difference in frontier markets.
