Flight & Aviation Operations Oversight<\/p>\n
\tOversee all flight operations, dispatch, scheduling, and ground handling activities
\n\tEnsure seamless coordination between flight crews, maintenance, and operations teams
\n\tOptimize aircraft utilization and operational efficiency<\/p>\n
Safety & Regulatory Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure full compliance with aviation regulatory bodies (e.g., KCAA, ICAO, IATA standards)
\n\tLead safety management systems (SMS) and enforce a strong safety culture
\n\tOversee audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting<\/p>\n
Fleet Management & Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tSupervise aircraft maintenance planning and execution to ensure airworthiness
\n\tWork closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
\n\tSupport fleet expansion, acquisition, and lifecycle planning<\/p>\n
Operational Strategy & Execution<\/p>\n
\tTranslate company strategy into operational plans for aviation services
\n\tDrive continuous improvement in service delivery, turnaround times, and cost efficiency
\n\tImplement scalable systems and processes to support business growth<\/p>\n
Customer Experience Excellence<\/p>\n
\tEnsure delivery of premium, seamless, and safe client experiences
\n\tOversee VIP handling, charter operations, and client service standards
\n\tAddress operational issues impacting customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Financial & Cost Control<\/p>\n
\tManage operational budgets, including fuel, maintenance, crew, and logistics costs
\n\tIdentify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising safety or quality
\n\tMonitor profitability of routes, charters, and operations<\/p>\n
Leadership & Team Management<\/p>\n
\tLead cross-functional teams including flight operations, maintenance, dispatch, and ground staff
\n\tDevelop leadership bench strength and succession plans
\n\tFoster a high-performance, accountable, and safety-first culture<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Partner Management<\/p>\n
\tManage relationships with aviation authorities, airport operators, and service providers
\n\tLiaise with charter clients, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals
\n\tRepresent operations in executive and board-level discussions.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
\n\tMinimum\u00a012\u201315 years of experience in aviation, with at least\u00a05+ years in senior operational leadership
\n\tStrong knowledge of aviation regulations (KCAA, ICAO, IATA)
\n\tProven experience in\u00a0private aviation, charter services, or airline operations
\n\tExperience managing fleet operations, maintenance, and flight scheduling<\/p>\n
