The Digital Transformation Project Manager\u00a0leads the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence of the Global Technology & Digital Solutions division of World Vision. This\u00a0business focused\u00a0 experienced \u00a0project management role\u00a0ensures that approved business investments are translated into value-led, usable digital capabilities that enable business-led change and adoption and\u00a0ultimately contribute\u00a0to measurable business value.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Digital Transformation\u00a0Project Manager leads delivery across the full value chain \u2014 from approved intent and validated requirements through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness \u2014 enabling the business to realise sustained outcomes over time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The role orchestrates delivery across the Delivery Centre of Excellence disciplines \u2014 Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption \u2014 while coordinating closely with wider GTD functions such as Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and external partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\u00a0
\n\tRecognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).\u00a0
\n\tAgile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile,\u00a0SAFe\u00a0or equivalent) preferred.\u00a0
\n\tChange management certification desirable (PROSCI or equivalent).\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tEnsure project fundamentals are in place to support successful adoption and value realisation.\u00a0

Change & Adoption Enablement\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnable and support business-led Change & Adoption activities to ensure delivered capabilities are ready for adoption.\u00a0

\n\tSupport readiness planning including communications, training, and operational transition.\u00a0

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tServe as the central coordination point for delivery stakeholders ensuring clarity of roles and expectations.\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate governance forums including Steering Committees and delivery reviews.\u00a0
\n\tProvide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.\u00a0
\n\tSupport informed decision-making through structured delivery insights.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Planning & Delivery Control\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and forecasts.\u00a0
\n\tTrack progress and adjust plans where necessary to\u00a0maintain\u00a0delivery commitments.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure adherence to Delivery\u00a0CoE\u00a0governance and project standards.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure operational readiness and transition planning are incorporated into delivery.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial Stewardship\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor financial performance and highlight variances early to protect investment value.\u00a0
\n\tSupport investment governance and value stewardship.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Risk & Issue Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentify\u00a0and actively manage delivery, operational, and organisational risks.\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate resolution of complex issues through structured analysis and collaborative decision-making.\u00a0

Vendor & Partner Coordination\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport sourcing activities including vendor evaluation and onboarding.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate vendor contributions to ensure alignment with delivery milestones and outcomes.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure vendor delivery aligns with Delivery\u00a0Center\u00a0of Excellence (CoE)\u00a0standards and governance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tApply Delivery\u00a0Center\u00a0of Excellence (CoE)\u00a0standards, frameworks, and governance to ensure consistent delivery practices.\u00a0
\n\tCoach and guide\u00a0wider\u00a0delivery teams in applying project standards and delivery practices.\u00a0
\n\tSupport\u00a0less\u00a0complex initiatives by coaching others in applying project standards and delivery approaches.\u00a0
\n\tCapture lessons learned and\u00a0contribute\u00a0to improving organisational delivery capability.\u00a0

Project Manager Skills & Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 7+ years\u2019 experience, including at least 4 years managing complex IT projects.\u00a0
\n\tProven ability to lead delivery teams through complex initiatives,\u00a0maintaining\u00a0alignment to strategic vision, reinforcing high delivery standards, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery phases.\u00a0
\n\tStrong communication\u00a0skills with the ability to convey complex delivery information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tProven stakeholder engagement capability, building trusted relationships with sponsors, business leaders, delivery teams, and vendors.\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of organisational change and adoption practices, with experience enabling successful implementation.\u00a0
\n\tExperience coaching and guiding others in applying project standards and delivery practices.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to lead delivery across the full value chain from intent through adoption readiness.\u00a0
\n\tBroad exposure to enterprise IT landscapes including applications, integration, infrastructure, data, and cloud environments.\u00a0
