Performance and Impact Lead in Community Health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Objectives of the Assignment<\/p>\n<p>The primary objective is to strengthen hiring assurance through high-quality, reliable, and insightful background and reference checks.<br \/>\nSpecifically, the partner will:<\/p>\n<p>\tVerify candidate information provided during recruitment processes<br \/>\n\tIdentify and clearly flag potential risks (reputational, integrity, or compliance-related)<br \/>\n\tSupport safeguarding, governance, and donor accountability requirements<br \/>\n\tEnable informed, risk-aware hiring decisions through both data and professional judgement<\/p>\n<p>Scope of Work and Deliverables<\/p>\n<p>\tThe selected partner will provide\u00a0end-to-end background and reference check services, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Core Checks<\/p>\n<p>\tEmployment history verification<br \/>\n\tAcademic and professional qualification verification<br \/>\n\tIdentity verification<br \/>\n\tCriminal record checks (where legally permissible)<br \/>\n\tProfessional reference checks (including senior-level referencing where required)<\/p>\n<p>Enhanced \/ Executive-Level Checks<\/p>\n<p>\tPolitically Exposed Person (PEP) screening<br \/>\n\tGlobal watchlist and sanctions checks<br \/>\n\tLitigation and court record checks (where accessible)<br \/>\n\tMedia and reputational scans (including adverse media)<br \/>\n\tSocial media checks (where appropriate and compliant)<\/p>\n<p>Contextual &amp; Insight-Based Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentification and escalation of potential risks, inconsistencies, or reputational signals<br \/>\n\tClear differentiation between:<br \/>\n\tVerified findings<br \/>\n\tUnverified but relevant signals<br \/>\n\tProfessional judgement on risk level and relevance<\/p>\n<p>Deliverables<\/p>\n<p>\tComprehensive, structured background check reports per candidate<br \/>\n\tClear flagging and categorisation of risks (e.g. low \/ moderate \/ high)<br \/>\n\tDefined turnaround times (target: 3\u20135 working days for standard checks; timelines for enhanced checks to be agreed)<br \/>\n\tPeriodic summary reports (monthly\/quarterly), including:<br \/>\n\tVolume of checks<br \/>\n\tRisk trends<br \/>\n\tTurnaround performance<\/p>\n<p>Methodology<\/p>\n<p>The partner is expected to adopt a rigorous, ethical, and compliant approach, including:<\/p>\n<p>\tObtaining and verifying candidate consent prior to checks<br \/>\n\tUse of credible, verifiable, and diverse data sources<br \/>\n\tStrong triangulation of information, especially for senior roles<br \/>\n\tClear escalation protocols for discrepancies or sensitive findings<br \/>\n\tSecure handling, storage, and transmission of personal data<br \/>\n\tFull compliance with:<br \/>\n\tLocal data protection laws<br \/>\n\tInternational standards (e.g. GDPR-equivalent frameworks)<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and Engagement Model<\/p>\n<p>\tThe partner will report to the Talent &amp;
