Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Transport Payment Processing Officer is responsible for managing and verifying transport documentation required for hauler payments. This role ensures accuracy and completeness of transport billing documentation by verifying Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, validates proforma invoice information, and supports the payment processing workflow by maintaining proper documentation and reporting.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tReceive and review\u00a0Hauler copy Proof of Delivery (POD)\u00a0documents submitted by transporters for billing purposes.
\n\tConfirm the\u00a0completeness of POD documentation\u00a0against the logistics copy tracker provided by the Archives team.
\n\tVerify that the\u00a0Proforma Invoice (PFI)\u00a0details correspond accurately with the attached Hauler PODs.
\n\tCheck that all required\u00a0Customers, KBL, and warehouse stamps\u00a0are properly appended on the POD documents.
\n\tStamp and confirm verified PODs for onward submission to the\u00a0payment processing team.
\n\tUpdate and maintain\u00a0verified PFI reports\u00a0in the designated payment processing template.
\n\tPrepare and share a\u00a0list of outstanding or pending PODs\u00a0that have not yet been invoiced.<\/p>\n

\tAccuracy of document verification.
\n\tTimeliness of POD verification and submission for payment processing.
\n\tCompleteness of documentation before payment authorization.
\n\tEffective tracking and reporting of outstanding PODs.<\/p>\n

Minimum Academic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in\u00a0Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Business Administration\u00a0(or equivalent experience).
\n\tExperience in\u00a0transport operations, logistics documentation, or invoice verification\u00a0is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
