To promote and sell the company\u2019s manufactured kitchen equipment and commercial laundry equipment through digital platforms, physical market engagement, and events. The role combines social media management, content creation, online sales, field sales, and brand visibility coordination.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Social Media Management & Content Creation<\/p>\n
\tCreate, manage, and grow company pages on:<\/p>\n
\t\tFacebook
\n\t\tInstagram
\n\t\tTikTok
\n\t\tYouTube
\n\t\tX (Twitter)
\n\t\tThreads<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and post engaging content including:<\/p>\n
\t\tProduct photos
\n\t\tPromotional posters
\n\t\tShort and long videos<\/p>\n
\tCreate awareness campaigns for products such as:<\/p>\n
\t\tBoiling tables
\n\t\tStockpot stoves
\n\t\tBrass taps
\n\t\tCommercial laundry equipment<\/p>\n
\tRespond to customer inquiries across all platforms promptly<\/p>\n
Online Sales & Marketplace Management<\/p>\n
\tUpload and manage products on online marketplaces such as:<\/p>\n
\t\tJumia
\n\t\tKilimall<\/p>\n
\tOptimize product listings with descriptions, pricing, and images
\n\tTrack online sales performance and customer feedback
\n\tCoordinate order processing and delivery follow-ups<\/p>\n
Field Sales & Supermarket Engagement<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and approach supermarkets and retail outlets for product placement
\n\tPromote and sell products directly to businesses and institutions
\n\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships
\n\tAchieve assigned sales targets<\/p>\n
Event Planning & Organization<\/p>\n
\tPlan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and product demos
\n\tOrganize product showcases and activations
\n\tRepresent the company at trade fairs and promotional events<\/p>\n
Online Research & Market Intelligence<\/p>\n
\tConduct research on:<\/p>\n
\t\tMarket trends
\n\t\tCompetitor activities
\n\t\tCustomer preferences<\/p>\n
\tProvide insights to improve marketing strategies and product positioning<\/p>\n
\u00a0Advertising & Brand Visibility<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and post promotional offers regularly
\n\tManage all advertising materials including:<\/p>\n
\t\tBanners
\n\t\tStands
\n\t\tPop-ups<\/p>\n
\tEnsure proper branding and visibility in all marketing activities<\/p>\n
Licensing & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tOversee and ensure all advertising materials comply with local regulations
\n\tHandle acquisition and renewal of advertising licenses<\/p>\n
Customer Communication & CRM<\/p>\n
\tManage\u00a0WhatsApp Business\u00a0for customer interactions and sales
\n\tMaintain professional communication with clients
\n\tFollow up on leads and convert them into sales<\/p>\n
Reporting & Record Keeping<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a daily activity diary\/log including:<\/p>\n
\t\tSales activities
\n\t\tSocial media engagement
\n\t\tCustomer interactions
\n\t\tEvents and field visits<\/p>\n
\tPrepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tProven experience in social media management and sales
\n\tExperience with online marketplaces (e.g., Jumia, Kilimall) is an added advantage
\n\tStrong content creation skills (photo\/video editing)
\n\tGood communication and negotiation skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and meet targets<\/p>\n
