Responsibilities.<\/p>\n
\tAcquire new sales for provision of security \/guard services to customers within the assigned territory.
\n\tPromote, sell and secure orders from new and existing customers through a relationship based approach.
\n\tConduct market research and provide timely feedback on competitive pricing on all potential customers on the pipeline for action by management
\n\tInitiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new and existing markets.
\n\tManaging individual client accounts.
\n\tSourcing for tenders and providing any relevant supporting information during bidding process.
\n\tMeet sales targets and providing Daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
\n\tMaintains regular customer contact and communication by utilizing daily planned call cycles and scheduling daily meetings with existing and potential clients.
\n\tParticipate in sales campaigns, sales drive activities.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Sales & Marketing
\n\tHigher diploma in other business related field will be advantageous
\n\tKnowledge of the Kenyan market
\n\tProven track record in previous employment<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of two years in the Security Industry
\n\tExperience in working in fast paced target driven environment
\n\tWorking in a similar Position will be an added advantage.
