Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage all HR functions across multiple branches. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tImplement and monitor performance management systems and staff productivity. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tOversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment across the branch network. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tManage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal HR policies. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tOversee payroll inputs, leave management, and staff records. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tSupport leadership in organizational development and workforce planning. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tDrive staff engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tProvide regular HR reports and insights to management.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 HR experience in microfinance or microcredit sector (mandatory). \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tHigher Diploma in HRM \/ CHRP certification (mandatory). \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tRegistered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExperience managing HR operations across multiple branches is an added advantage. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tStrong leadership and people management skills. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExcellent knowledge of HR processes and labour laws. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tStrong performance management and disciplinary handling skills. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tHigh level of integrity and confidentiality. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAnalytical and results-driven mindset.<\/p>\n
