ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tMaximize overall revenue from all reservation sources through the development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts for all hotel and resort properties.
\n\tAs well, he\/she will amplify the functionality of all reservation source software.
\n\tIn addition, participate in the protection and efficient utilization of the Company\u2019s assets through the implementation of approved policies, procedures and internal controls.\u00a0
\n\tThis individual must make a daily practice of revenue maximization and yield management.\u00a0
\n\tHe\/She supervises and coordinates activities of workers in their daily tasks.
\n\tFocus on overall yield and REVPAR
\n\tAnalyze data as it relates to our market regarding customer relationship management programs.
\n\tResponsible for forecasting revenues both long and short-term.
\n\tTrain, motivate and develop our reservation\u00a0staff on an ongoing basis.
\n\tWill be a key player when bringing and relocating reservations staff.
\n\tSupervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in taking, recording, and cancelling reservations.
\n\tHandling the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department as listed.
\n\tInteracts and handles other sections of Revenue Management if needed.
\n\tMonitors any events and special promotion activities & meet with potential or actual hotel clients.
\n\tAll machinery and equipment at Reservations, in relation to concerned departments.
\n\tTo follow up reservations for confirmation.
\n\tTo be familiar with different rate structure.
\n\tTo identify prospective clients\u2019 exact needs by questioning.
\n\tTo entertain prospective clients\u2019 exact needs by questioning.
\n\tAssist\u00a0in obtaining competitive figures and compiling monthly market share reports.
\n\tTo entertain prospective clients through telephone conversation.
\n\tFocus on overall yield and REVPAR.
\n\tAnalyze data as it relates to our market regarding customer relationship management programs.
\n\tKey component in analyzing marketing dollars spent based on inquiry and reservation results.
\n\tResponsible for forecasting revenues both long and short-term.

\n\tWill be a key player when bringing and relocating reservations employees.
\n\tSorts reservations received by mail into current up to three days and future, over three days.
\n\tDaily arrival check to avoid any rebates.
\n\tEnsure proper profiling.
\n\tAssist Front Office and Credit department by providing relevant covering letters on a daily basis.
\n\tReceives contracts detailing room allotments for conventions or groups from the sales department and feeds information into the PMS.
\n\tCorresponds with groups and travel agents to answer special requests for rooms and rates.
\n\tVerifies on daily basis the daily arrivals and individual guests’ folios.
\n\tMaintains monthly attendance sheet and sends to payroll department.
\n\tRecommends promotions.
\n\tTo complete a daily\/weekly\/monthly log of all activities and required reports.
\n\tTo have as much information as possible about the company to ensure a professional approach.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Hotel Management
\n\tMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
\n\tExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
\n\tAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
\n\tGood working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
\n\tHigh degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities<\/p>\n
