\tSales Completion

\n\tCustomer Satisfaction
\n\tProvide professional customer service
\n\tMaintain positive customer relationships
\n\tComplaint Resolution
\n\tHandle and escalate customer complaints promptly
\n\tEnsure timely issue resolution and follow-up
\n\tPayment & Warranty Processing
\n\tSupport accurate payment processing
\n\tAssist customers with warranty claims and processing
\n\tPayment Accuracy & Compliance
\n\tEnsure accuracy in payment handling and records
\n\tAdhere to company cash handling procedures
\n\tDelivery & Aftersales Support
\n\tCoordinate timely deliveries and order fulfillment
\n\tSupport aftersales services including returns and exchanges<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field
\n\tPrevious customer service experience in a retail environment
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tStrong problem-solving abilities
\n\tGood computer literacy
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
