\tOversee accurate tallying during FG receipt from production line as related to the relevant documents.
\n\tOversee accurate tallying during loading\/offloading as related to the relevant documents.
\n\tSupervise handlers\/ gangs to ensure proper handling of stock to avoid damage or accidents.
\n\tAssist relevant warehouse controller by ensuring that the preparation of stacking space, personnel and equipment is done in a timely manner.
\n\tEnsure that all stock is stacked in accordance with the SOP.
\n\tEnsure stock cards are filled in to ensure visibility of records for all storage activities.
\n\tEnsure WMS is updated on time.<\/p>\n
Documentation<\/p>\n
\tEnsure correct archiving of warehouse documentation is performed.
\n\tMaintain a stock register on a daily basis.
\n\tReceive and file warehouse receipt and issuing reports<\/p>\n
Other<\/p>\n
\tCarry out all delegated tasks from operations manager and relevant warehouse controller.
\n\tAbide by SOP and QHSE regulations.
\n\tRecord damages losses \/ surpluses of stock and report to relevant warehouse Controller, inventory supervisor and inventory controller<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\t2 years’ experience in supply chain or a related field
\n\t3 years’ experience in SAP
\n\tTertiary education in supply chain management
\n\tTraining in MS Office suite and other industry-related courses would be an advantage<\/p>\n
