\tWe are seeking a talented UX\/UI Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cloud solutions. As an integral part of our product development team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tConduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences.
\n\tDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
\n\tDesign intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
\n\tEnsure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms.
\n\tCollaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
\n\tCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
\n\tCommunicate design concepts effectively through presentations, mockups, and design documentation.
\n\tPlan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design assumptions.
\n\tWork closely with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives.

\n\tIterate on designs to enhance usability, accessibility and overall user satisfaction.
\n\tStay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UX\/UI design.
\n\tIdentify areas for improvement and optimize designs based on user feedback and usability findings.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Design or related field.
\n\tProven experience as a UX\/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
\n\tProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or XD.
\n\tSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and information architecture.
\n\tExperience designing for cloud-based applications or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
\n\tStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
\n\tKnowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.<\/p>\n
