Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement customer-specific credit frameworks aligned to business growth objectives.
\n\tPartner with Sales and Commercial teams on credit terms, pricing, and growth agreements.
\n\tDrive improvements in cash conversion, collections performance, and receivables management.
\n\tMonitor customer exposure, overdue accounts, and high-risk portfolios.
\n\tEnforce credit governance, policies, limits, and escalation procedures.
\n\tDevelop dashboards and reports on aging, collections, and customer receivables.
\n\tLead, coach, and develop the Credit Control team for high performance.
\n\tSupport senior management with insights on working capital and key accounts.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\t5\u20138 years\u2019 experience in Credit Management, Commercial Finance, or Working Capital Management.
\n\tExperience in\u00a0FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments\u00a0is highly preferred.
\n\tProfessional qualification such as\u00a0CPA, ACCA, or equivalent\u00a0is an added advantage.
\n\tStrong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.<\/p>\n
