Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport preparation of site meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
\n\tAssist in compiling project status reports and maintaining accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
\n\tCoordinate with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to support project execution.
\n\tAssist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables alongside technical teams.
\n\tSupport development and tracking of detailed project work plans and timelines.
\n\tMonitor project tasks and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
\n\t\u00a0Track equipment and material usage and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
\n\tMaintain project calendars and communicate timeline changes to relevant stakeholders.
\n\tFacilitate consistent communication and progress updates between internal teams and\u00a0clients.
\n\tSupport quality checks on project sites and compile findings for internal technical review.
\n\tAssist in coordinating logistics such as transport arrangements, access documentation,\u00a0and site support requirements.
\n\tIdentify potential project risks or delays and escalate for mitigation.
\n\tSupport the enforcement of safety and security compliance on project sites.
\n\tParticipate in internal meetings and site meetings as required.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for process improvement within project coordination activities.<\/p>\n
Relief Support Responsibilities (when required):<\/p>\n
\tSupervise team coordination and work allocation.
\n\tManage client communication and correspondence.
\n\tCoordinate operational activities across departments.
\n\tMonitor ongoing project activities and reporting.
\n\tLead internal coordination meetings where necessary.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or a related technical field.
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience in a technical support or project coordination role, preferably within security systems, engineering, or construction environments.
\n\tBasic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software (training opportunities available).
\n\tFamiliarity with electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, or alarm systems is an added advantage.
\n\tExperience using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Microsoft Excel.
\n\tExposure to site coordination and working with technical teams is desirable.
\n\tStrong organizational and time management skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n\tDetail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
\n\tAbility to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
\n\tUnderstanding of customer service and stakeholder management best practices.<\/p>\n
