Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOversee the day-to-day management of all school vehicles (buses, vans, and staff vehicles)
\n\tEnsure all vehicles are\u00a0roadworthy, serviced, and compliant\u00a0with regulatory requirements
\n\tSchedule and monitor\u00a0preventive maintenance and repairs\u00a0
\n\tMaintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, fuel usage, and inspections
\n\tSupervise and manage school drivers, including scheduling and performance monitoring
\n\tEnsure adherence to\u00a0road safety and student transport policies\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate transportation logistics for daily routes, school trips, and events
\n\tMonitor fuel consumption and control operational costs
\n\tInvestigate and report accidents or incidents involving school vehicles
\n\tEnsure all licenses, insurance, and inspection certificates are up to date\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\u00a0or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\tProven experience in\u00a0fleet management or transport coordination\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety regulations
\n\tStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
\n\tAbility to supervise and manage staff effectively
\n\tProficiency in record-keeping and reporting<\/p>\n
