We are building a modern, data-driven platform that helps organizations design, manage, and optimize complex programs and operations.<\/p>\n
This is a foundational engineering role where you will design and build a full-stack system from configurable workflows and management interfaces to real-time data experiences and scalable APIs.<\/p>\n
You will work closely with product and data teams to ensure that complex data insights are accessible, intuitive, and actionable for end users.<\/p>\n
As an early engineer, you will have significant ownership over architecture, system design, and user experience, and will play a key role in taking the product from concept to production. This is a full-time position reporting to the CTO.\u00a0<\/p>\n
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tArchitect and build a full-stack platform using React + Next.js, Node.js \/ FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
\n\t\u00a0Develop configurable interfaces that allow users to define workflows, structures, and performance criteria across different use cases
\n\tBuild interactive dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and key operational metrics in near real-time
\n\tDesign and implement clean, scalable REST APIs to support frontend and data integrations
\n\t\u00a0Integrate backend services that expose analytical insights and system-generated signals to the UI
\n\t\u00a0Implement secure authentication and role-based access control using enterprise identity providers (e.g., Azure Active Directory)
\n\t\u00a0Integrate embedded analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) for advanced reporting and visualization
\n\t\u00a0Build notification and alerting mechanisms to surface important system events and changes to users
\n\tDesign a flexible and extensible data model capable of supporting multiple use cases and evolving requirements
\n\tDevelop and maintain containerized deployments using Docker and cloud-native services (Azure preferred)
\n\tContribute to CI\/CD pipelines and engineering best practices for reliability and scalability
\n\tApply secure engineering practices including encryption, audit logging, and secrets management
\n\tImplement FedRAMP-aware infrastructure practices from day one: encryption at rest\/transit, audit logging, secrets management via Azure Key Vault, infrastructure-as-code with Bicep or Terraform<\/p>\n
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend and backend capabilities
\n\tProficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture patterns
\n\tExperience building scalable backend systems using Node.js and\/or Python (FastAPI)
\n\tStrong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
\n\tSolid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance optimization
\n\tExperience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
\n\tHands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployments
\n\tExperience implementing authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, RBAC, etc.)
\n\tStrong product mindset with the ability to translate loosely defined requirements into working systems<\/p>\n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tExperience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, hybrid rendering)
\n\tFamiliarity with embedded analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
\n\tExperience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)
\n\tExposure to real-time data patterns (WebSockets, event-driven systems, streaming pipelines)
\n\tExperience building configurable platforms (workflow tools, form builders, or low-code systems)
\n\tFamiliarity with integrating external data or model-driven services into applications
\n\tExperience working in regulated or security-conscious environments
\n\tComfort using modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
\n\tFamiliarity with “Security First Design” and FedRAMP 20X requirements for cloud application services.<\/p>\n
