Qualifications, Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is an added advantage)
\n\tMinimum 7+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record
\n\tStrong leadership experience managing diverse teams
\n\tProficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools
\n\tExperience in digital marketing and online sales growth
\n\tStrong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
\n\tData-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tStrategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage pricing for profitability, and align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
\n\tTeam Management & Development: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and implement training and incentive structures to drive results.
\n\tSales Operations & Pipeline Management: Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline health, and optimize the sales process to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
\n\tMarket Research & Marketing: Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
\n\tCross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment between sales and operations.<\/p>\n
