Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tClean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, staircases, and elevators
\n\tSweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
\n\tDust furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
\n\tEmpty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
\n\tReplenish supplies such as soap, tissue, and hand sanitizers in restrooms
\n\tReport maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, lighting problems)
\n\tRespond promptly to cleaning requests or spills
\n\tFollow health and safety regulations at all times
\n\tAssist in deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
\n\tMaintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHigh school certificate or equivalent (preferred)
\n\tPrevious cleaning or housekeeping experience is an added advantage
\n\tBasic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tGood physical stamina and attention to detail
\n\tBasic communication skills<\/p>\n
