\n\tDrive profitable revenue growth and expand market share across the region
\n\tIdentify and lead strategic growth initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entry models
\n\tStrengthen customer engagement across key segments in food ingredients
\n\tLead, coach, and develop a high-performing, regionally distributed leadership team<\/p>\n

Profile<\/p>\n
\tSenior commercial leader with experience in food ingredients \/ flavors \/ B2B food\/ beverages sector
\n\tProven track record in driving growth beyond core sales (e.g., partnerships, JVs, market development)
\n\tStrong leadership experience managing regional leaders
\n\tAbility to operate strategically while staying close to market and customer needs
\n\tExcellent stakeholder management skills, with exposure to executive-level interactions
\n\tReadiness for a frequent international travel
\n\tFluent in English; French is an advantage<\/p>\n
