EA Training & Development<\/p>\n
\tLead onboarding and training of Executive Assistants to ensure strong, consistent foundations
\n\tDevelop practical playbooks, SOPs, and training materials
\n\tAssess readiness and support smooth transition into live client environments
\n\tContinuously improve training based on real delivery insights<\/p>\n
Operations & Program Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee day-to-day performance and delivery of EAs
\n\tTrack output, identify gaps, and implement improvements quickly
\n\tStandardize tools, workflows, and best practices across the team
\n\tBring structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment<\/p>\n
Client Engagement & Delivery Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport client onboarding to ensure seamless EA integration
\n\tJoin client calls where needed to maintain alignment and quality
\n\tAct as a point of escalation for operational or service-related issues
\n\tWork closely with internal teams to ensure strong client satisfaction<\/p>\n
Team Leadership<\/p>\n
\tMentor and guide EAs to maintain high standards of professionalism
\n\tSupport performance management and continuous development
\n\tContribute to hiring and building a strong EA bench<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, Communications, Project Management, or similar)
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience supporting senior executives, with exposure to high-performance environments
\n\tProven ability to lead, mentor, or coordinate a team
\n\tStrong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
\n\tConfidence working with international clients and remote teams
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
What Will Set You Apart<\/p>\n
\tExperience building or improving processes, SOPs, or operational systems
\n\tRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAP, or similar)
\n\tExposure to global organizations or distributed teams
\n\tTraining or experience in leadership, coaching, or team development<\/p>\n
