The Early Years Teacher needs to:<\/p>\n
\tBe a fully qualified teacher with a TRN or TSC registration number and Foundation Stage (EYFS) training and experience.
\n\tHave a relevant diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
\n\tHave experience of working in British curriculum schools.
\n\tBe able to build positive relationships with parents and families.
\n\tBe able to build effective relationships with colleagues.
\n\tBe able to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
\n\tBe able to use initiative, show flexibility and be adaptable.
\n\tBe pro-active as a part of The Banda Pegasus Early Years team.
\n\tBe punctual and use preparation time appropriately.
\n\tBe a good communicator with adults and children.
\n\tBe an energetic, dedicated and committed member of a team.
\n\tShow good organisational skills.
\n\tShow a competent level of written English.
\n\tBe able to use ICT in teaching. Familiarity with using Interactive Screens and iPads is important.
\n\tPresent a clean Certificate of Good Conduct or International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC).
\n\tSafeguard and promote the welfare of the pupils.
\n\tKeep up to date with educational developments from UK.<\/p>\n
