Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our online sales growth. This role combines digital marketing, eCommerce management, and direct customer engagement to drive revenue through our online platforms.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage and grow all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
\n\tHandle daily posting, content creation, and audience engagement
\n\tRespond to customer inquiries promptly across all digital channels
\n\tConvert online inquiries into actual sales
\n\tManage and update the company eCommerce website (products, pricing, promotions)
\n\tMonitor online orders and ensure smooth fulfillment coordination
\n\tDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions
\n\tAnalyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
\n\tMaintain strong online customer relationships and brand reputation<\/p>\n
