Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily theater activities, ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient patient flow and proper use of surgical equipment
\n\tEnforce stringent infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols, ensuring all surgical procedures adhere to regulations
\n\tEnsure compliance with all quality control protocols
\n\tAct as a role model, providing guidance, training and mentorship to nursing staff and students
\n\tMonitor, order and manage inventory of all surgical supplies, ensuring availability for procedures
\n\tLiase between surgeons, anaesthetists and other support staff to create a productive team environment<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 relevant experience in a leadership role in a level 4 and above hospital
\n\tHigher diploma in perioperative nursing
\n\tValid practicing license
\n\tHigh integrity and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and in a team environment<\/p>\n
