About the role <\/p>\n
\tThe Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving store-level sales growth through effective local marketing execution, corporate sales development, and brand activation initiatives.
\n\tThe role focuses on ensuring strong brand visibility, generating new business opportunities, executing campaigns on time, and supporting store operations to enhance customer experience and revenue performance.<\/p>\n
Prime responsibilities and duties <\/p>\n
\tDevelop and execute local store marketing plans aligned to revenue targets
\n\tGenerate and convert B2B leads into corporate and bulk sales opportunities
\n\tDrive revenue growth through corporate accounts, events, and institutional clients
\n\tExecute in-store branding, activations, and promotional campaigns
\n\tEnsure timely execution of marketing campaigns and activations across stores
\n\tConduct market visits to monitor performance and gather competitive insights
\n\tSupport stores during peak hours and gather real-time customer feedback
\n\tCollaborate closely with operations and regional teams for execution alignment
\n\tTrack and report sales performance, campaign impact, and lead conversion metrics
\n\tEnsure adherence to brand standards and compliance across all touchpoints<\/p>\n
The Person<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing or related field
\n\t4 -5 years\u2019 experience in marketing, sales, or QSR\/FMCG industry \u2022
\n\tExperience in B2B sales, events, or field marketing is an added advantage<\/p>\n
