Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBe the primary point of contact for assigned key clients and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
\n\tOnboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationship with both established and new customers.
\n\tCo-ordinate with internal\/external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery to guarantee sustainable business relationships with both the agents and the clients.
\n\tDrive the team\u2019s operations by planning duties with field team and other functions as when they arise.\u00a0 Follow up to ensure work is done effectively and efficiently to the client\u2019s satisfaction.
\n\tIn liaison with the Head of Department, execute business development strategies.
\n\tKeep track of the P&L of all jobs handled to ensure we remain profitable.
\n\tFlag any direct or indirect costs that have a negative impact to profitability.
\n\tOffer solutions to customer queries and disputes.
\n\tExecute the company\u2019s overall objective through collaboration with other team members, other functions, and supervisor\/department head.
\n\tCoordinate CHB, VAS, Trucking, Warehousing, and any other services as may be requested by customer\/line manager.
\n\tCapture Voice of Customer frequently and provide feedback to the team to improve performance and experience.
\n\tHandle system updates and customer requests in accordance with defined processes.
\n\tLead Digital adoption discussions with customers.
\n\tPerformance reviews with customers.
\n\tUpselling & cross selling of LnS opportunities.
\n\tOther ad hoc assignments as may be given to you by your line manager.<\/p>\n

What we’re looking for:<\/p>\n
Min Qualification: Graduate in Business or related field<\/p>\n
\tExcellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
\n\tPresentation skills.
\n\tAt least 2 years experience in logistics industry.
\n\tCustomer orientation\/Collaboration\/Agility.
\n\tBe able to effectively prioritise workload.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure keeping quality in focus.
\n\tWell-organized, and Self-Initiated.
\n\tStrong cost conscious and optimization mindset.
\n\tProper understanding of INCOTERMS, Customs Documentation, and import\/export processes.
\n\tExperience in handling perishables\/cold chain logistics will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
